libgccjit-5-dev software package provides GCC just-in-time compilation (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgccjit-5-dev
libgccjit-5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgccjit-5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgccjit-5-dev *
You will get with libgccjit-5-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
